This blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, and Cortese, all indigenous grapes to the Lake Garda Region, undergoes slow fermentation in steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the purity of fruit and aroma of white flowers and lemon balm. The clean, mineral driven palate blends with bright citrus, pear and apple, taking its time finishing with flinty, mouth watering salinity.
