Poggerino is a small, family-owned, organic winery in the heart of Chianti Classico. Their wines are stellar, well-crafted examples of Tuscan wine-making. This wine is fermented in concrete and then aged for 12 months in a cement egg. Bright ruby red color with notes of earth, graphite, tobacco and hints of cherry fruit.
