Jean-Marc Pillot is the fourth generation of his branch of the Pillot family to tend vineyards in Chassagne Montrachet. The domaine is dominated by white wine production, but there are important cuvées of red wine produced as well. Farmed organically, this Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge is a robust, cherry-flavored wine of strength and vigor that can be enjoyed for any occasion.
