St. Peray is a tiny AOC in the northern Rhone that exclusively white wine. Domaine Gripa holds a tiny 3.5 hectares of Marsanne and Roussanne vines averaging 65 years of age. Expect a full, powerful white with notes of almond, white flower, apple and wild herbs. A good white to go with roast chicken or rich seafood.
