The San Lorenzo Convent, founded in the year 1100, grows vines on small, south-facing terraces at the foot of the Italian Alps. Nebbiolo from the region is delicate and fine, with beautiful aromatics. This Vesper cuvee jumps from the glass with aromas of flowers and, surprisingly, passion fruit. The palate is silky and nimble with bright red fruit and soft tannins.
