Founded in 1987, the Lambert estate is located in in Cravant les Coteaux. They grow a miniscule amount of grapes on a tiny, perfectly situated property. For over 20 years they've practiced organic farming but in 2005 converted to biodynamics. Full-bodied with beautiful notes of honeycomb, honeysuckle and white flowers.
