From Francois-Sylvain, to Eugene, Lucien, Marcel, and now Philippe, the family has managed the winery since 1870. This beautiful blend comes from Sauvignon grapes expessive of the soil and the Chardonnay grapes which lend body and elegance. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit, bright acidity and gorgeous roundness, serve with seafood, shellfish, asparagus and butter sauces.
