A beautiful orange wine from husband and wife Thierry and Isabelle Daulhiac. Made from an even split of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, the wine is macerated on the skin for six months before spontaneous fermentation occurs. The result is a textured, complex wine with pure fruit and a dry, slightly tannic finish.
