Winemaker Susanna Diamanti biodynamically farms a small plot in Emilia Romagna where she makes wine, honey and olive oil which all work in harmony supporting the local ecosystem. She avoids intervention in her wines, allowing them to ferment spontaneously and using classic pet-nat techniques - so no dosage. This is her Pignoletto Pet-Nat. Light and dry with notes of white peach and wildflowers.
