Made by two brothers who split the workload, Gabriele Omede tending the vineyards and Emilio Omede working in the winery. The goal is to demonstrate the beauty of grignolino, a lesser known, traditional grape in Piedmont. Silky and fine, this nimble, expressive red dances with an array of different pasta dishes but is also light enough to serve on its own (with a slight chill if that is your thing!)
