Domaine Cornu-Camus was founded in 1981 when Pierre Cornu married Bernadette Camus. Today the estate is 12 hectares managed by their daughter, Lydia, and her husband Christophe. The family adheres to organic principles and hand-harvests their vineyards. This pinot is delicate and stony, with cherries and rocky minerality.
