Made in the very old school Pet-Nat method without any added sugar, this cloudy dry rose captures the wild fruit flavors of Slovenia’s native variety of Blaufrankisch. Fresh strawberry and raspberry with a bit of bready yeast on the palette. A little bit funky and very refreshing. From the winemaker: “Best enjoyed in the sun on the terrace.”
