An unblended single village Mezcal that offers complexity and interest that one usually would think is reserved for single malt Scotch. This offering has a light aroma of sweet potatoes, citrus, and flint. The palate offers notes of anise and plantains, accompanied by sensations of not-quite-popped-all-the-way popcorn due to infusion of organic elote (corn) between the 2nd and 3rd distillation. This infusion also provides an ultra-smooth finish, with lingering caramel and pine notes.
