The Passerina grape derives its name from "Passera", Italian for the grape loving sparrow. Lucrezia Passerina pours a pretty straw-yellow with the aroma of acacia flowers followed with flavors of apple, peach and pineapple, accented by hints of dried herbs and mineral undertones. Medium acidity and easy to drink on its own, it pairs well with charcuterie, lean fish and oysters.
