One hundred and thirty years after the founding of Gunderloch, current winemaker Johannes Hasselbach is taking the estate in a new direction. This includes lower farming yields, use of native yeasts, and longer aging before release, resulting in graceful and balanced wines. This dry yet juicy wine with notes of fresh pear and citrus make it a good pairing with sushi or fried chicken.
