Chateau Massiac has a long history that dates back to the Roman Empire. Bernard Boudouresques and his family recently revived the domaine, planting vineyards and converting the estate to organic viticulture. Fermented in steel tanks with some time on the lees, this Viognier exhibits a bouquet of orange-blossom, white flower, apricot, and melon that’s balanced with a clean, mineral undertone.
