The Servin family has held land in Chablis since the 16th century serving as farmers, coopers and winemakers. Their vines are exclusively on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, which gives the wines excellent minerality. The majority of vines are 40+ leading to exceptionally complex Chablis. Les Pargues is situated between two 1er Crus and shares soil and exposure. Excellent with shellfish or chicken.
