This Slovenian Blaufränkisch is a beautifully structured red with deep, dark notes of blackberry, mulberry, and dried plum, layered with chocolate, baking spice, and a touch of earthy funk. Hand-picked and naturally fermented with wild yeasts in open oak vats, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Light to medium in body, pair with pizza, roast chicken, or rich gamey dishes.
