The grapes are manually harvested, the wine aged on its lees for a minimum of 4 to 6 months, then fined and filtered before bottling. This delicious bottle exhibits the essence of Pinot Noir: strawberry and raspberry fruit, chalky minerals, earthy counterpoints to the fruit, and vivid acidity.
