Bertha is a small cava producer located about 20 miles west of Barcelona. With excellent vineyard sites and a passion for quality they make extremely elegant cava. This bottling is their entry level and spends 15 months on the lees to add complexity and character and then is bottled brut nature (zero added sugar). Crisp but yeasty, orchard fruit and striking minerality. Pairs best with shellfish.
