Made by a traditional Georgian family since 1860, with ancient Georgian winemaking techniques like Kvevri, huge clay pots buried underground to ferment and age wine. Unlike many other wines you will try, this “rose” Pet-Nat is herbaceous and rich. Good acidity balances with some bitter wild berry notes. If you ever wanted to pair bubbles with steak, this will do.
