This is in the “serious” orange category. Left on the skins for 7 days and then aged in oak for 2 years and the bottle for 6 months. Gold in color, the nose is pungently fruity, with notes of honeysuckle, herbs and honey. On the palette it is full bodied and intense. Pairs well with pork and duck. Don’t drink too cold.
