Parts & Labor is a selection of old California vineyards and varieties from an older era of California. This eclectic mix of Syrah, Barbera, Grenache, and Carignan was fermented separately then aged in both steel tanks and old oak vats. This light-medium bodied, gulpable, vegan blend has complex notes of spice, licorice, bubble gum, and berries.
