Dopff is the oldest family-run winery in Alsace, established in 1574 and still owned and operated by the Dopff family to this day. The winery is so old, in fact, that they are credited with introducing the iconic flute-shaped bottle that is now mandatory for all classified Alsatian wines. With a light-body, this white showcases juicy apple, verbena, peach skin, and subtle beeswax aromas, culminating in a crisp, stony finish.
