Steep, rocky slopes force the roots of the vines to go deep into the ground to find water, absorbing zippy, concentrated minerality. Bright citrus, white flowers, mango, and guava, yeast and a slightly bitter, refreshing finish. The Kobal family makes their wine using an ancestral method in place since the Roman times with wild yeasts and no added sulfur.
