A family run vineyard since 1746 (that's eight generations!) and one of the first families to stop selling their grapes to big houses and bottle themselves in 1919. Classic old school Champagne, notes of orchard fruit, peach, honey, and warm biscuits balanced by bright acidity and a lean feel.
