All of Pascal's small appellation Loire wines are lively and fresh, and his organic Cheverny Rouge blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay is a beauty- dry pure fruit with notes of cherry, blackcurrant, and spice. From 10 hectares of 20 year-old vines grown on chalky clay soils, hand-harvested in mid-September, the grapes macerate and ferment for 15 days in stainless. Bright, crowd pleasing and delicious!
