The Rabiller family has long been growing grapes in Saint-Estephe but only bottling their own wines since 1994. They are still a small family operation. They grow mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a little bit of Cab Franc and Petit Verdot. They use very little new oak and utilize a long fermentation process leading to a concentrated but balanced wine. Perfect for lamb or beef roasts.
