This is no generic Pinot Noir. It’s estate-grown, single-vineyard, real-deal Burgundy. After 12 days of maceration, the wine ages for 12 months in cement tanks. The result is quintessential Burgundy - a pure, unadorned expression of Pinot Noir grown on south-facing limestone slopes, with nothing getting in the way of the fruit or the terroir.
