Aromatic, herbacious and fresh, Doralice hails from the Vinho Verde region of Portugal from a small producer in the Arcos de Valdervez. The wine spends eight weeks macerating with 10% whole-clusters and chestnut flowers to stabilize the unfiltered wine without sulfer. Delicious apricot and tropical fruit are balanced with notes of nut, soft tannins and a bit of salt in the mineral finish.
