This beautiful, textured white is produced from a single  vineyard located at 500 meters above sea level with an Atlantic influence due to its location in a valley that forms a direct outlet to the sea. Farmed organically and grown on red slate and clay soils, it is an incredibly expressive, mineral white withnice structure, salty minerality and a long, dry finish.
